Head Coach of Kazakhstan’s National Team Caught in Scandal

Football club Kyzylzhar has won a court case against its former head coach Ali Aliyev, reports jay.kz. It turned out the coach was receiving salaries under two different contracts at the same time.

 

In addition to the official agreement, Aliyev had an unregistered contract worth 10 million tenge. However, the law allows for a maximum salary of only 1 million tenge. The court declared the second contract invalid and the payments under it illegal. Former club president Grigory Loria admitted the decision was his personal initiative, writes Orda.kz.
