Kazakh Wrestlers Shine in Hungary

Kazakhstani wrestlers wrapped up their performance at the Polyák Imre & Varga János Memorial tournament in Budapest. The national team brought home a total of seven medals, reports jay.kz.

 

In freestyle wrestling, Asylzhan Yesengeldy won a bronze medal. In Greco-Roman, Marlan Mukashev took silver, while Erzhet Zharilkassyn and Alimkhan Syzdykov each secured bronze.

 

Kazakh women also made the podium: Zhamilya Bakbergenova earned a silver medal for the country, while Nilufar Raimova and Elmira Syzdykova claimed bronze, according to the NOC of Kazakhstan.
