Legendary coach could take charge of Uzbekistan national team

In 2026, Uzbekistan will take part in the FIFA World Cup for the first time in history. And there’s a real chance the team could be led by a legendary coach, reports jay.kz.

Joachim Löw is one step away from becoming head coach of the Uzbekistan national team. According to Championat, the country's football association is already in talks with the German specialist. Current head coach Timur Kapadze is expected to remain on the coaching staff.
