Asu Almabayev to Fight on Main Card of Abu Dhabi Event

Asu Almabayev's fight won't be moved to the prelims. The Kazakh fighter’s bout against Jose Ochoa is now one of the main events of the evening. UFC has officially placed the fight on the main card, reports jay.kz.

 

Initially, Almabayev was scheduled to face Ramazan Temirov, but the Uzbek fighter withdrew. While the matchup lost some star power, "Zulfikar’s" fight remains significant for the UFC. The Home of Combat Instagram account published an updated event poster, confirming that the Kazakh athlete is part of the main card.
