Top UFC Title Contender Mocks Asu Almabaev: Challenge Rejected

After his victory at UFC in Abu Dhabi, Asu Almabaev set his sights on a fight with Joshua Van. “Zulfikar” boldly called out the American, but the title contender simply laughed it off, reports jay.kz.

 

Van is already lined up to fight Alexandre Pantoja for the flyweight title. However, Almabaev seemed to overlook this detail when he issued his challenge. Joshua did respond to “Zulfikar’s” words, but it was far from a yes. The American fighter openly mocked Almabaev on his X page.
